Class Descriptions
Please browse our class offerings to find one that is right for you! Or, you may call our studio to set up a consultation with one of our teachers to assist you in choosing a class that fits your yoga journey goals. Each of our classes is limited to 11 students in order to provide personalized attention and modifications to meet you where you are in your yoga journey. The studio offers yoga mats, blocks, blankets, and straps for use during class. Please go to our Class Calendar page to register for a class. If you feel unsure about whether yoga is right for you or if you would like a private session before attending a group class, please call the studio.
Most one hour classes are $14.00 to $25.00 per class. Our monthly unlimited membership is $105.00 per month, and includes all regular yoga classes and specialty classes. At the top of the appointment page click on View products/packages to sign up for one of the monthly memberships. If you come to the studio 2 or more times per week, the monthly saves you money. New students can purchase a 2 month introductory membership at a reduced rate. We also have a 10 class yoga package for $125.

Soothing Sunday Morning

This slow-paced class provides a soothing relaxation and calm flow of stretches and poses with rhythmic breath, creating a harmony for the mind, body, and spirit.
Supportive Yoga

This class is for all body type and all ages. Here you will practice with the support of a chair, blocks, and straps. If you feel you may need extra support in your yoga practice to improve balance, flexibility, or strength, this is a class for you. We do many of the yoga poses you would see in a gentle yoga class, while using a chair, blocks, and straps for support. This class is also appropriate for those with physical limitations due to surgeries, balance or strength issues, or challenges moving up and down.
Gentle Yoga

This slow-paced class is appropriate for beginner to intermediate students and those with physical limitations, such as knee, back, hip, or shoulder concerns. The focus is on intentional, mindful, slow movement, improving flexibility, relaxation, and calmness.
Hatha Yoga

This slow to moderate-paced class focuses on intentional movement into the yoga poses, engaging the breath and holding the poses for several breath cycles. This class will challenge you to deepen your practice as we enjoy practicing many poses. We build strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. This class is not recommended for beginning yoga students.
Yin with Meditative Sound

Yin with Meditative Sound - Yin Yoga is accessible for all bodies and is the "cooling" side of Yoga. Yin is stillness in the poses and allows you to bypass the larger muscles and get into the connective tissue and fascia in the physical body. Poses are almost all on the mat and props are sometimes utilized, however it is meant to be an actively stretching practice (opposite of restorative). Yin challenges us to stay and be ok being in stillness. While you are in these longer held poses, meditative sound will be enjoyed. Most of these classes will incorporate a theme too like the 7 main Chakras, a season or time of year and the Yamas and Niyamas of the 8 Limb Yoga Path. All of these themes can help to further grow your yoga practice off of the mat, giving you wisdom to use in your everyday life and things to practice other than the physical poses themselves. We have everything you need at the studio for this practice, just show up and be YOU!
Gentle Stretching Yoga

This class is for all levels and abilities. We will guide you slowly and focus on functional stretching for flexibility, modifying with props such as bolsters, blocks, & straps if needed. This class will support mobility and flexibility.

Gentle Hatha

Join us for this gentle Hatha yoga class that introduces you to the intentional movement and breathing of Hatha Yoga. You will stretch, hold, breathe and begin your journey into Hatha yoga. This class develops strength, balance, and flexibility, along with calming the body and mind. Yogi's of all levels welcome and anyone new to yoga will find this class a wonderful place to begin your journey.
Power Vinyasa

Gentle Yoga with Strength & Balance

Still using the foundation of the Gentle Stretching Yoga Class, we will focus more on gentle strengthening to slowly build this up and balance using props such as a chair as needed to work on muscle memory so that balance slowly improves over time. We will still stretch and incorporate slow, functional movement and mobility into this practice. This class is for all abilities.
Gentle Vinyasa

Everyone can benefit from this gentle yoga class that incorporates movement for flexibility, strength, and balance. The movement into poses is a slow paced flow to allow the student to feel stable and supported. Choose this class for a total body yoga experience.
Yoga Blend

This class includes a blend of vinyasa flow and hatha yoga as we alternate between sun salutations and static poses held for longer durations. Special attention is given to postural alignment and breath awareness. The intention is to allow you time to safely set up the pose, and then stay in the pose long enough to connect deeply to your breath, using the inhale to become aware of where there is tightness in your body, and then using the exhale to create opening in those areas. All levels are welcome.
Prenatal Yoga

This prenatal yoga series is designed to help you feel safe, powerful, confident, connected, and excited about your birthing journey in a supportive community of pregnant women. With an emphasis on breathing techniques, stamina, pelvic floor toning, core strength, meditation, and restorative poses, prenatal yoga can help you become more resilient during and after pregnancy. **Private or partner classes are also available if scheduling is an obstacle. Women's Self-Defense

The Women’s self-defense course provides a comprehensive approach to safety training including awareness and physical skills. The self-defense course aims to prevent assault against females and build confidence in their ability to stay safe. By cultivating the defensive mindset and the desire to fight for life, this program is designed to empower the female student from the inside out.
The class is designed to teach the student to learn skill sets with a hands-on approach. Skills are demonstrated and explained, practiced through repetition. Students will practice their skills in a partner-based environment. This reinforces that you are capable of protecting yourself. Students are coached through each step which provides a supportive environment.

WHAT WE DO IN THIS CLASS:
• Demonstrate the following: Potential assailant holds, Repetition sequences, and Trigger points/sensitive body targets . We will Model the 4 “A’s” of self defense: Attitude, Awareness, Assessment of a situation, Action.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
• You will practice and train effective tactics that empower you in real-life situations. Role plays give you the opportunity to recognize and respond to threatening behavior with strong, assertive body language and verbal self-defense skills. We believe in the strength of women’s power. It is a woman’s right to go where she wants to go and do what she wants to do. We have the responsibility of protecting ourselves.
Gentle Yoga with Yoga Nidra

Join us for a soothing gentle flow yoga class designed to calm the mind, stretch the body, and rejuvenate the spirit. This class is appropriate for all levels, including beginners. It focuses on slow, mindful movements and deep, relaxing stretches. We conclude the class with a 30 minute session of Yoga Nidra, our "yogic sleep", where you are awake but feel so relaxed like you are sleeping. Yoga Nidra provides profound relaxation and healing.

Beginner Yoga

We all start somewhere to begin our yoga journey, and we hope you will start here with Jaime, as she teaches you common poses, breathing, use of props, like bolsters and straps, and common yoga terms. You will learn movements, stretching, balance, and breathing. This is a wonderful class for those who have never done yoga or for those who would like a refresher on the foundational practice of yoga.
We welcome you to begin your yoga journey here knowing that everyone in this class is new to yoga too! Come and explore yoga with Jaime in this wonderful beginner class. We know you will enjoy your time with her in the studio and begin to see the mental and physical benefits a yoga practice brings.
Strength & Balance Power Yoga

Meditative Sound

Join Steph for this restful experience. Meditative Sound is like a massage for your nervous system. What do we mean by this? Many of us in our day to day are in a mode of fight, flight, freeze or fawn (stress-am I right?!), sometimes a combination of many of them unfortunately. Meditative Sound can help to calm the nervous system and bring you into the "rest and relaxation" mode by capturing the "monkey mind" (many many spinning thoughts) and then this allows the body to relax. When we are in our rest and relaxation modes our brains can begin to quiet down, re-map our reactions/responses and our bodies can begin to heal-if that's needed. You rest and relax while sounds are intuitively played to help enhance your restful state. You can bring your own comfy things to the studio like yoga mats, blankets, pillows and eye masks or you can borrow any and all of these things from the studio - we have everything you need and can even set you up in a chair if it's not accessible for you to lay on the ground.
Pilates/Yoga Fusion

Pilates and Yoga are such a great mix. Pilates utilizes controlled, repetitive, isolated movements to strengthen your muscles, while Yoga allows the muscles to lengthen, improving flexibility, stability, and balance. Come and enjoy this class with Jaime to strengthen your core, arms, and legs, as well as increase your flexibility. This class fuses beginner on the mat Pilates and Yoga poses together for a well-rounded mind/body practice.
Yoga Sculpt

Join us in this class which features specific yoga poses designed to target bone health and utilize light weights to enhance the practice. You will experience weight-bearing poses to strengthen the spine, hips, and legs; balance poses to reduce the risk of falling; and learn breath and relaxation techniques to reduce stress.
